Generating QR Codes

Overview Page

  • Selection: On the overview page, you can select multiple assets or locations for which you want to generate QR codes.

  • Printing Options: After selection, click on "print QR codes." For assets, you can choose from several QR code styles:

    • QR code only

    • QR code with additional information

    • QR code with the asset's name or number

  • For locations, the option typically includes the QR code with the location's name or identifier.

Detail Page

  • You can also generate a QR code for an individual asset or location directly from its detail page, offering a quick way to create a QR code for a specific item or location.

Customizing QR Code Stickers

  • Sticker Format Selection: Almitee allows you to select the sticker format or size that suits your needs, ensuring compatibility with your sticker paper.

  • Customization Options: When setting up your QR code printout, you'll be able to specify various dimensions and spacing to align with your sticker sheet, including:

    • Width and height of each sticker

    • Number of stickers per page

    • Top margin to the first row of stickers

    • Left margin to the first column of stickers

    • Horizontal gap between stickers

    • Vertical gap between stickers
